Lorraine Richards of Ontario facilitated at last year's BCATML conference, and she is one of the founding teachers behind Projet à Québec in the Ontario Modern Language Teachers' Association. The course will be held in Salamanca (Spain) from July 18 to 22. There are two attachments, one of them with details of the course and the other one with an application for those teachers who are interested. They cover registration, tuition fees and accommodation (full board). The teachers would only have to defray the cost of their airline tickets from Canada to Spain as well as transport from the airport to Salamanca. The deadline for submission is May 18. All applications should be forwarded to Maria Espejo (maria.espejo@mecd.es) by that that date. These scholarships are granted on a yearly basis and all the teachers who have attended have always provided some excellent feedback on them in terms of the quality of the course. ![]()
